Your Questions, Answered.
Everything you need to know about working with Emily on a gifting project — from budgets and branding to timelines and delivery.
Getting Started
Emboxed is a curated corporate and client gifting studio led by Emily Berg. Emily designs and produces thoughtful gift boxes for companies, professionals, and teams who want their gifting to feel considered rather than ordered by default.
Emily partners with financial advisors, law firms, real estate professionals, healthcare practices, and corporate teams planning retreats or recognition programs. If you are sending gifts that represent a brand or a relationship, Emboxed is built for you.
Book a consultation through the Work With Emily page. Share a little about your recipients, your occasion, and your timeline, and Emily will follow up personally to begin shaping the project.
Emboxed is designed for gifting at scale. Emily typically works with orders of 10 or more boxes, though this can vary depending on the project. For smaller quantities, reach out — she is happy to see if your project is a good fit.
Pricing & Budgets
Pricing depends on the products selected, the level of customization, and the quantity ordered. After your consultation, Emily provides a transparent proposal so there are no surprises. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
Most clients land between roughly $75 and $250 per box, though Emily has produced projects well above and slightly below that range. She will work to the budget you share and show you what is achievable at that price point.
Emboxed is not a gift-card service and does not sell from a fixed catalog. Every project is curated to the client. That is intentional — a thoughtful, branded box lands very differently than a generic gift card.

Of course. Emily will walk you through past projects and share product options during your consultation. You will see exactly what your recipients will receive before anything is produced.
Timelines & Lead Times
For the best selection and customization options, 3–4 weeks of lead time is ideal. That said, Emily has handled tighter timelines many times. If you are working with a deadline, reach out as soon as possible and she will let you know what is achievable.
Often, yes. Rush work depends on product availability and customization requirements. Emily will be straightforward about what is possible and will never overpromise on a timeline she cannot deliver.
For Q4 holiday programs, Emily recommends starting conversations in late summer or early fall. Premium products and custom branding book up quickly, and early planning gives you the widest selection and calmest timeline.
Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Emily regularly manages distributed shipping to long recipient lists, including collecting and confirming addresses. You provide the list; she handles the rest.
If a gift is returned or cannot be delivered, Emily will reach out and coordinate a resend or reroute. Custom-branded items cannot be restocked, but she will always work with you on a practical next step.
